Baker’s Quality Pizza Crusts® produces a Garlic Spread that can be used in a variety of applications. The most frequent use is for making garlic bread but it is also popular for brushing on bread sticks and on the edge of pizza crusts to give them additional flavor and a golden brown color when baked. It can also be used in other cooking applications.
