Ingredients:
1 12” Baker’s Quality Pizza Crusts® Pizza Crust (any variety)
1 Boned and Skinned Chicken Breast Half
2 cups Barbecue Sauce
4 oz. Fontina or Mozzarella Cheese
4 oz. Gouda Cheese
1 Red Sweet Onion, sliced into rings
1/8 cup Chopped Fresh Cilantro or Green Onions
Method:
Combine the chicken and 1 cup of barbecue sauce in a bowl and marinate in the refrigerator. Then place the chicken breast and its marinade in an ovenproof dish and bake until tender. Chop chicken.
Brush crust with barbecue sauce, then top with cheese. Arrange the chicken and onion rings on top. After baking, top with chopped fresh cilantro or green onions. |
