1 12” Bakers Quality Pizza Crusts® Fresh Frozen or Self-Rising Pizza Crust
1 cup Olive Oil
1 cup Thinly Sliced Sweet Onions
2 Garlic Cloves, minced
½ lb. Hot Sausage Sliced
¼ cup Dry Wine
1 Tbs Fresh Parsley, chopped
5 oz. Shredded Fontina Cheese
4 oz. Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1/8 cup Parmesan Cheese
Heat ½ cup olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion, stir to coat with oil. Cook until onion becomes soft. Add the garlic and sausage slices to onions. Stir in the wine and chopped parsley.
Brush the crust with olive oil, then top with fontina and mozzarella cheese, parmesan, and the onion and sausage mixture. Season with Bakers Quality Pizza Crusts® Pizza & Stromboli Seasoning.
