Ingredients:
1 12” Baker’s Quality Pizza Crusts® Pizza Crust (any variety)
½ cup Olive Oil
5 Roasted Garlic Cloves
6 oz. Mozzarella Cheese
4 oz. Crumbled Chevre or Goat’s Milk Cheese
6 Sun-dried Tomatoes
1/8 cup Minced Parsley
1/8 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
Method:
Brush dough with olive oil, then top with the mozzarella and chevre. Sprinkle garlic, tomatoes, parsley, parmesan and salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle evenly with olive oil. |
