Ingredients:
1 12” Bakers Quality Pizza Crusts® Par-Baked Pizza Crust
12 Sun-Dried Tomato Pieces
1/8 cup Olive Oil
1 TBL Lemon Juice
2 oz. Feta Cheese
5 oz. Mozzarella Cheese
5 oz. Greek Olives
Method:
Put the olives, sun-dried tomatoes, olive oil, and lemon juice in a food processor and puree. Spread this sauce over the crust. Crumble the feta over the sauce. Sprinkle the mozzarella evenly on top of the pizza. |
