Ingredients:
1 12” Bakers Quality Pizza Crusts® Pizza Crust (any variety)
1/4 cup Olive Oil
1 Tbs Lemon Juice
1 Tsp Dried Oregano
1 Chicken Breast
1/4 cup Pesto Sauce
1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
12 Marinated Black Olives
4 oz. Mozzarella Cheese
1 small Red Onion, sliced
Method:
Put the olive oil and lemon juice in a bowl, crumble in the oregano, add the chicken breast and turn to coat evenly. Marinate at room temperate for 15 minutes. Grill chicken until tender, then dice.
Spread the pesto sauce evenly over the crust. Sprinkle the parmesan and black olives over the pesto sauce. Arrange the chicken chunks on top of the pesto sauce. Lay onion slices over the chicken. Top with mozzarella cheese. |
