Ingredients:
1 12” Bakers Quality Pizza Crusts® Pizza Crust (any variety)
2 links Hot Italian Sausage
5 oz. Bakers Quality Pizza Crusts® Pizza Sauce
6 oz. Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
2 Red Bell Peppers, sliced
1 medium Sweet Onion, sliced
1/8 lb. Romano Cheese
Method:
Boil the Italian sausage and drain. Then grill sausage until brown.
Spread Bakers Quality Pizza Crusts® Pizza Sauce over the crust. Sprinkle ½ of the mozzarella cheese over the sauce. Slice the sausage into ¼” slices and distribute them on the pizza. Scatter the red peppers and onion on top. Then sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and Romano over the top. Season with Bakers Quality Pizza Crusts® Pizza & Stromboli Seasoning. |
