Garlic Knots

Cut Bakers Quality Pizza Crusts® Fresh Frozen dough or Bakers Quality Pizza Crusts® Dough Balls into 2 oz. pieces, roll then into 4” to 5” ropes and tie them into knots.  Place the knots on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper and brush them generously with Bakers Quality Pizza Crusts® Garlic Spread.  Cover and allow knots to rise in a warm place for about an hour.  Bake them until they are lightly browned.  After baking, brush lightly again with warm Bakers Quality Pizza Crusts® Garlic Spread.
