1 12” Bakers Quality Pizza Crusts® Pizza Crust (any variety)
1/4 cup Olive Oil
8 oz. Gruyere Cheese
4 oz. Scallops, cut into bite size pieces.
4 oz. Shrimp
2 Garlic Cloves, minced
1 TBL Freshly Grated Lemon
1/4 cup Grated Parmesan
Method:
Brush dough with olive oil, then top with cheese and seafood. Sprinkle with garlic, lemon and parmesan. Season with Bakers Quality Pizza Crusts® Pizza & Stromboli Seasoning. |
