1 12” Bakers Quality Pizza Crusts® Fresh Frozen or Self-Rising Pizza Crust
1/4 cup Asparagus cut into 2” pieces
1/4 cup Broccoli Florets
6 ounces Yellow Summer Squash
1/4 cup Green Peas
1/4 cup Olive Oil
6 oz. Mozzarella Cheese
1/4 cup Cherry Tomatoes Sliced
3 Green Onions Chopped
1/8 cup Parmesan Cheese
3 Tbl Minced Fresh Tarragon
Method:
Brush dough with olive oil, then top with shredded cheese. Arrange the blanched or steamed vegetable and tomatoes on top the cheese. Sprinkle with the green onion and season to taste with Bakers Quality Pizza Crusts® Pizza & Stromboli Seasoning. |
