Grilled Shrimp with Sun-Dried Tomatoes, Pesto,
and Ricotta

Ingredients:
1 12” Bakers Quality Pizza Crusts® Pizza Crust (any variety)
1/2 lb. Shrimp
2 Tbs Olive Oil
1 Tbs Lemon Juice
1/2 cup Pesto Sauce
4 oz. Provolone Cheese
15 Sun-Dried Tomato Pieces
5 oz. Ricotta Cheese
3 oz. Mozzarella Cheese

Method:
Toss the shrimp with olive oil and lemon juice.  Marinate at room temperature for 15 minutes.  Grill until pink.

Spread sauce on pizza.  Sprinkle the provolone on top of the sauce.  Scatter the shrimp and tomatoes on top and dot with the ricotta.  Sprinkle mozzarella over the pizza.
