Ingredients:
1 12” Bakers Quality Pizza Crusts® Par-Baked Pizza Crust
1/2 cup Pesto
4 oz. Pecorino Cheese with Black Peppercorns
15 Sun Dried Tomato Pieces
1/4 lb. Cured Smoked Beef Thinly Sliced
6 oz. Mozzarella Cheese
Method:
Spread pesto sauce over the crust. Sprinkle the grated pecorino cheese over the sauce. Arrange the sun-dried tomato pieces on top of the cheese. Then cover these toppings with the sliced beef. Top pizza with shredded mozzarella. Season with Bakers Quality Pizza Crusts® Pizza & Stromboli Seasoning. |
