Spinach, Roasted Garlic, Olice Oil, and Ricotta Pizza

Ingredients:
1 12” Bakers Quality Pizza Crusts® Pizza Crust (any variety)
¼ cup Olive Oil
15 Garlic Cloves, roasted
1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
4 oz. Mozzarella Cheese
15 medium Spinach Leaves
3 oz. Ricotta Cheese
2 oz. Fontina Cheese

Method:
Spread the olive oil over the crust.  Place the garlic cloves on top.  Sprinkle the parmesan and mozzarella evenly over the garlic and oil. 

Spread the spinach leaves evenly over the pizza, then dot with ricotta cheese.  Sprinkle the fontina cheese over the top of the pizza.
