Ingredients:
1 12” Bakers Quality Pizza Crusts® Pizza Crust (any variety)
4 oz. Thai Peanut Sauce
1 Chicken Breast, seasoned with garlic and baked
4 oz. Shredded Fontina Cheese
4 oz. Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
3 Green Onions, thinly sliced
1 Medium Carrot, julienned
1/4 cup Dry Roasted Peanuts
1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro
3 Tbs Peanut Oil
Method:
Brush crust with peanut sauce, then top with cheese. Chop the chicken and sprinkle it over the cheese. Sprinkle the green onions, carrot and peanuts over the chicken. Drizzle evenly with peanut oil. After baking, sprinkle with chopped cilantro. |
